What are your delivery options?
We offer both local white-glove delivery, which includes assembly and placement in your room of choice, and standard curbside shipping for orders outside our immediate service area.
Is the furniture already assembled?
Most of our outlet pieces come fully assembled or require minimal setup. If an item requires extensive assembly, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that as an outlet store, some 'Final Sale' items may be ineligible for return; these are marked accordingly.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with several providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select your preferred financing method at checkout to see if you qualify.
How can I track my order?
Once your furniture leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are the items in stock and ready to ship?
Unlike traditional furniture stores with long lead times, the majority of our inventory is in-stock at our warehouse and ready to ship within 3-5 business days.
