Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or visit our showroom with your original sales receipt to begin the return authorization process.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Small items can be returned directly to our outlet center, while larger furniture pieces require a scheduled professional pickup which may be subject to a restocking fee.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
